퓨렉스는 Clean Room의 환경관리를 위해 철저한 입실관리 절차를 준수합니다.

    Air shower booth

    Smock Room입실전 Air shower실시

  2. 2step

    Smock change room.

    Clean room 의류 및 부자재는 주기적인 세탁 및 이물측정 실시.

  3. 3step

    Hand washing with DI water

    Clean room 입실 전 DI Water를 이용한 손세척.

  4. 4step

    ESD Protection

    ESD Gate 를 이용해 최종 ESD 점검 완료 후 입실 가능.
