FuRex has been providing outstanding solutions to every corner of semiconductor industry for more than 35 years.

We are the super-precision insight company committed to high performance in wafer grinding, dicing and sorting of customer-owned wafer.
Continuous manufacturing upgrades to our facilities allow FuRex to use state-of-the-art techniques to handle sophisticates in a continuous process on a full range of wafer back-end flow.

FuRex specializes in the conversion of manufacturers from their inefficient back-end processes, to the use of highly efficient and environmentally friendly mass-producing.
When this opportunity arises, a dedicated supply chain team is created to identify the customer's needs and to design production systems that meet their specific requirements.
Substantial cost savings can normally be realized through reductions in or the elimination of work-in process inventories, material handling, operating costs, warehouse space, environmental compliance and insurance costs.
As an added benefit, FuRex offers access to a MESClient, a total integrated manufacturing management system which focuses on real-time floor monitoring, control, and tracking and product quality management.

As a full service provider, FuRex also offers a complete line of packaging assembly including CLCC packages(ceramic leadless chip carriers), PLCC packages(plastic leadless chip carriers) and camera modules which are performed together with the wafer preparation processes on dedicated production lines.
